 If you want to truly be a critical part of a company, here’s your chance. You’ll be part of our Sales Team at one of Italy’s fastest growing startups. You’ll report directly to our CEO and Sales Executives while in charge of selling our Employee Experience platform that helps companies engage and evaluate their candidates and employees so they can build amazing teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead qualification
  • Cold calls/Cold emails
  • Support prospect & client meeting preparation
  • Collecting information for the preparation of the offers
  • Support Account Manager on interacting at all levels with the various functions involved in the business cycle (i.e. marketing, products, finance, customer success, … )
  • Statistical reporting

Main requirements:

• We are looking for motivated candidates who appreciate challenging tasks, objectives and are strongly oriented to both high technologies and human relationships

• BS Degree in Marketing, Communication or Economics is a plus

• Strong Problem-solving skills

• Strong attitude towards analysis (data-driven and detail oriented)

• Literacy with the Office suite, in particular with Excel and Power Point

• Great team worker, able to create an enjoyable work environment

• Self-driven, able to manage stress effectively

• Strong personality with great interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work in rapidly changing environments 

• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision

• Strong self-motivation and initiative
