Business Requirements Analyst

Working in Objectway means developing software products for the Fintech world, using new paradigms and technologies, in an international environment. 

Client Engage is a front-office customer relationship management (CRM) & customer workflow management (CWM) application of the Objectway financial software suite. It provides an easy-to-use platform for firms to efficiently and effectively manage the clients, their relationships and their business processes. The Client Engage solution is based on CRM Dynamics, enabling its customers to adapt rapidly to, and move with, changing business conditions. The R&D and Client Service Center departments of the Client Engage Product Suite are based in the labs in Belgium (Mechelen). Our customers are international financial organisations in the fast-growing segment of Investment Banking. In the role of Business Requirements Analyst, you will be active in the requirements gathering, analysis, development and testing of our Client Engage product offering with following responsibilities: Work closely together with our implementation consultants and help them in re-engineering their customer
business needs against our product offering. Gather requirements in close collaboration with our customers. Make new analyses to extend the functionality in our solution offering. You will translate business requirements into product specifications detailing enhancements and extensions to our product. As a business owner you will be responsible for and participate in the full development process from requirements gathering, analysis and development to testing and documentation You will work together with our development and quality assurance team members to deliver high quality software, on time and within budget. 

Strong ability to abstract and to translate business requirements in IT
At least 3 years experience with at least one of the following: creation of functional analyses
based upon a high-level scope definition; application(s) with a 3-tier development structure;
Knowledge of banking business, wealth or asset management is absolutely an asset
University degree (or equivalent through experience) in: Informatics, Mathematics or Applied
Mathematics, Applied Economics with specialization informatics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch/French
