For our office in Milan, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will manage business & communication outcomes analysis, measuring the client’s communication strategy effectiveness to identify insights and actions to optimize client’s media strategy. 

He/She has strong expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling.

Main tasks:

  • Leading data collection from internal business units and client
  • Managing and running complex analysis using different tools and data analysis techniques
  • Define and report key metrics & actionable insights    
  • Collecting and combining disparate data sets to answer business questions and to support the strategy outline
  • Shares complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner internally and with clients
  • Collaborates with different business units at various management level to develop a strategy and execution plan that drives results
  • Builds & maintains strong and trusting relationships with clients
  • Deep dives in clients’ business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, able to get into the business model of the client
  • Involved in meetings, develops and delivers presentations

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent culture
  • +4 years of direct experience in analytics
  • Experience built in digital/media agencies, data providers, research institutes or consultant companies    

Personal Specification/Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and in statistical computations/analysis (e.g. R)
  • Digital attitude
  • Good knowledge of english language
  • Problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skill
  • Team working and collaborative attitude
