If you want to truly be a critical part of a company, here’s your chance. You’ll be the first sales leader at one of Italy’s fastest growing startups. You’ll report directly to the CEO while in charge of selling our new gaming platform that helps companies engage and evaluate their candidates and employees so they can build amazing teams.

Here’s your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Report directly to CEO
  • Close deals from beginning to end. Lead the full sales cycles from sourcing, cold calls and emails, all the way to closing deal (you’ll be able to tap into a solid customer base).
  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations to move the ball forward to ultimate deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Head of Product to help drive product strategy and sales strategy.

 Back to basics...

  • 3 to 5 years experience in similar roles (Sales account, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management).
  • Soft skills: Negotiation, Public Speaking, Business Acumen, Client Management, Personal Leadership.
  • Ideal Age between 28 and 32.
  • Location: Milan.
