As a member of the Artificial Intelligence Consumer Mobile Team, the main mission will be to guarantee a lean customer experience in caring and selling across channels for mobile Customers working on TOBi, the Vodafone Digital assistant.
- Understand areas of usage of TOBi for Consumer Mobile customers
- Monitor and optimize AI engine understanding working on Neural Networks
- Improve TOBi resolution working on dialogue optimization and new functionalities development
- Expand TOBi on all Vodafone Channels guaranteeing a coherent customer experience
- Estimate user and technical stories to helpto prioritize backlog
- Work with cross-functional teams in agile methodology
The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have
- 3-5 year working experiencein digital – preferably related to implementing AI to an operations environment
- Excellent analytical mindset, high attention to detail and desire to make improvements
- Hands-on knowledge of AI solutions – improving resolution and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and presentation skills,enthusiasm and motivation; fast learner and team player
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian
Education & Experience
- Degree in Economics/Engineering with experience in Digital/AI.
- Experience using Microsoft Bot Framework is a plus.
