Glickon listed by RedThread Research in the People Analytics Global Technology 2022 report

The important recognition comes at a crucial time for the People Analytics market

The 19th may 2022 Glickon, one of the most relevant providers of People Experience & Analytics solutions, was listed by the prestigious RedThread Research Institute in the People Analytics Global Technology 2022 report.

The HR-tech company, based in Milan, was included in an analysis of vendors in the engagement, experience and employees voice-spaces segments, overcoming an initial listing of 125 candidates.

According to the report “A full 42% of vendors in this year’s people analytics technology (PAT) study are in the employee engagement and experience category. In 2020, this percentage was 34%—but even then, it was still the dominant category. The market grew at an unprecedented rate, with a 53% growth rate between 2020 and 2021, and an 80% CAGR (compound annual growth rate) for the past 5 years.” [1] 

 

In this market – which the report defines “crowded” – Glickon has a unique position as a player able to offer continuous analysis instruments, driven by the voice of the employees, as well as an efficient integrator of active, passive and inferred data, gathered directly or from metadata and collaboration tools.

  1. Improve security, health and employee experience, having particular care for those who work remotely and demonstrated needs that were hidden in the past two years.
  2. Plan actual work and future needs in order to manage the upcoming wave of attrition.
  3. Manage hybrid work with flexibility and a data-driven approach.
